Nick Phillips is the Founder and Principal Broker of Landmark Sotheby's International Realty.  Nick specializes in luxury and waterfront properties throughout the Wilmington coastal market.  In 2021, Real Trends ranked Nick #2 in the state of North Carolina for closed sales volume.

Daniel Malechuk serves as Chief Executive Officer of Landmark Sotheby's International Realty. Having spent nearly 20 years as a senior executive scaling several of the world’s premier companies, including leading a company through an IPO as CEO, Daniel can understand the needs of sophisticated clients and agents. Daniel’s deepest gratification is found in serving others by seeking to understand what is most important to those he works with.

David Benford has a results oriented formula to connect buyers and sellers that has been productive for over 30 years in coastal North Carolina. His extensive knowledge of the coast from Sunset Beach to Topsail Island and everywhere in between qualifies David to compare values up and down the coast. David began his real estate career as part of the sales team at Bald Head Island Limited. Prior to joining Landmark Sotheby's International Realty, David has managed, owned and been a consistent multi-million dollar producer for some of the other top real estate companies in the region.

Nikki Jones serves as Director of Operations, managing all six Landmark Sotheby’s International Realty office locations. She joined Landmark in 2016 and uses her knowledge as an NC licensed Broker to oversee agent transactions as well as all aspects of daily workflow. She is an integral part of the team, involved in the sales, marketing, finance, and training departments. She takes a genuine interest in her colleagues and has a reputation for effortlessly maintaining a culture where each individual is valued.
