David Benford has a results oriented formula to connect buyers and sellers that has been productive for over 30 years in coastal North Carolina. His extensive knowledge of the coast from Sunset Beach to Topsail Island and everywhere in between qualifies David to compare values up and down the coast. David began his real estate career as part of the sales team at Bald Head Island Limited. Prior to joining Landmark Sotheby's International Realty, David has managed, owned and been a consistent multi-million dollar producer for some of the other top real estate companies in the region.
