Get to Know Me

Stacey is a Virginia Beach native and Old Dominion University Alumni.  She moved to the Outer Banks in 2001.  Stacey has been a successful real estate broker for 20 years, serves on the Outer Banks Association of Realtors MLS committee, and has a strong knowledge of what it takes to make a vacation rental home lucrative.  She is excited to join forces with her husband Ken at Landmark Sotheby's International Realty's office in Duck. Her grandfather and father were draftsmen for Norfolk Naval Shipyard and her son Dustin is an architectural designer in Charlotte, NC. Having an eye for beautiful design and buildings is in her blood!

Her super power is her ability to connect. In 2010 she started practicing yoga with a true guru who inspired her to become a certified yoga teacher. She also became a certified firefighter and volunteered with the Kill Devil Hills Fire Department for 6 years. She knows how lucky she is to live, work and play on the Outer Banks. Her absolute favorite beaches are on Hatteras Island and Ocracoke.  Stacey and Ken live soundfront in Kill Devil Hills, and they own an oceanfront vacation home in Avon and an investment duplex in Va. Beach. Her passions are jogging on the beach, dogs, paddle boarding, gardening, yard work, boating, photography and yoga.
