Samantha Benford began her real estate career in 2020 after spending five years in the fashion industry. Her experience in custom menswear design and personal styling instilled a customer-centric approach and sparked a true passion for sales.

She met her Wilmington-native husband while they attended Auburn University. She joins her father-in-law as a part of the David Benford Group. Samantha’s strong client focus coupled with the power of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand makes her uniquely prepared to provide an outstanding client experience.

She enjoys boat rides to Mason’s Inlet, sampling new restaurants around the Wilmington area, and reading a new book on the beach.
