Melanie moved to the Outer Banks in 1993 after graduating from West Virginia University, and began operating a retail store chain with locations from Avon to Corolla. That experience only strengthened her love of the Outer Banks while laying the groundwork for her rich understanding of the region. Entering a career in real estate was a natural choice for Melanie who made the transition in 2002 when she began selling new home sales and lot/construction packages for The Ambrosia Group in Corolla.
Since then she has dedicated herself to learning what works in this unique market in pursuit of helping clients realize their goals in every transaction.
