​27 years. As part of an investment team, she has developed, designed and managed some of
the largest revenue producing oceanfront properties in the Outer Banks. Whether you are a

Her background includes a Marketing degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Paralegal
designation in Corporate Law. She holds the RSPS, GRI and PSA designation in Real Estate.
Kelly has three children, two UNC Chapel Hill alumni and one UNC Wilmington graduate. She
spends her free time traveling with her family and friends.
