Wayne and his family have called North Carolina home for multiple generations. Growing up in Wilson, NC, Wayne credits his parents, a college professor, and a medical doctor, with instilling a sense of service and caring in his endeavors.
As a young man, the Crystal Coast became a second home for Wayne’s family when they purchased a vacation home on the sound in Atlantic Beach, NC. After college, Wayne attended Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, CA, where he graduated with a Master’s Degree in Cross-Cultural studies. He then spent 25 years dedicated to humanitarian relief and development work, while traveling to over 50 countries serving those in need. During this time, he also spent 4 years living in China and Japan.
Ten years ago, Wayne moved back home to the coast and now lives in the maritime forest of Pine Knoll Shores, NC. With all of his years of travel, he has discovered there is no place like the natural unchanged beauty of the Crystal Coast. The years of service deepened his love, care, and concern for people, a passion he brings to assisting his clients.
Wayne’s greatest joy comes from his two children, currently studying at the University of South Carolina. Together they have shared many memories of boating, kayaking, swimming, driving the Jeep on the beach, and enjoying shrimp burgers.
