Matt started a real estate investment company in Raleigh, NC in 2009, and moved to the Wilmington area to work as a Broker or Realtor® in 2017. With a B.A. degree in Art Studio and a 22-year career in the tech industry focused on creative direction, design, and customer experience, Matt is uniquely prepared to assist his clients in buying and selling luxury properties.

Matt and his family live adjacent to Topsail Island and the Intracoastal Waterway, where they spend invaluable time together exploring sandbars, quiet beaches, and gorgeous waterways as often as possible.
