As a North Carolina native, Courtenay grew up in Fayetteville, NC. She graduated from UNC-Wilmington and lived in Wilmington for over 15 years.  In the fall of 2020, she and her family fell in love with and moved to River Landing in Wallace, NC.  Since then, with a genuine love and passion for the community where she and her family enjoy life, Courtenay has been focusing her real estate career on the growth and development of the community of River Landing.  Prior to her real estate career Courtenay was a paralegal for 10 years.  She is not only effective in negotiations and marketing skills but she is also passionate about helping her clients meet their needs while also realizing their dreams.  She has an affinity for architecture as well as a love for interior design and spatial organization.  Courtenay specializes in representing both buyers and sellers with resale, new construction, and lot/land purchases.  She is prepared to assist her clients with a full-service approach to customize their experience and ensure they move through the various transitions of their lives with confidence, satisfaction, and ease.
