Connie Mason is an experienced real estate professional who is devoted to serving the real estate needs of investors, second home buyers and the needs of a homeowner looking to sell their home on the Outer Banks. She is meticulous about buying or selling a home.
Connie is a persistent real estate agent with a passion for helping people in the search for their dream home or selling their home. She’s been working in the real estate industry for 23 years; in that time, she understands the importance of a smooth real estate closing for both buyers and sellers. Connie has worked alongside a team of developers in the development of Four Seasons in Duck and Duck Landing communities. She has worked with many buyers in finding the perfect home in many other communities throughout the Outer banks “The Currituck Club, Sanderling, Nantucket, Ocean Sands, Pine Island, Barrier Island, Four Seasons in Duck”. She has also worked with buyers searching for homes from Kitty Hawk to Nags Head and the southern beaches. She also has experience with sellers needing to list their home for sale and the care and understanding that goes with the decision to sell their home.
Connie went to Black Hawk College in Illinois and studied business. She moved to Virginia Beach to accept a career with Piedmont Airlines/Piedmont Aviation. Attended Wesleyan University in Virginia to finish her business degree.
Connie has a passion for living on the Outer Banks. She was drawn to the Outer Banks vacationing and working while she had time off from the Airlines. She loves all the fun activities the Outer Banks had to offer, so she worked part-time for Pirates Cove booking charter boats. The Outer Banks has so many beautiful golf courses and so she pursued a job as a manager at the Currituck club as it was being developed by Rees Jones. Dedication to serving others took her to the Blue Point Restaurant in Duck where she worked for 15 years. She enjoys walking the beaches, fishing, golfing, biking and listening to local musicians and attending local art shows
